All construction related employees from the shop, painting, erection and maintenance are required to adhere to the highest safety standards that go beyond OSHA regulations. Each worker is trained in house by our safety department annually in a two day seminar where they will learn the latest techniques, standards and given a refresher. All crews have personnel available with the American Red Cross first aid and CPR certificates in the event of a simple first aid or to act as a first responder. Crew members work towards the OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour classes as well, and are required to perform weekly training on-site with the entire crew. Self auditing procedures are performed weekly by the team in an effort to mitigate risk for the worker, client, and others working around them.
